Par exemple, le recrutement des mentors en <strong>automne 2026<\/strong> permettra de d\u00e9marrer le mentorat en <strong>janvier 2027<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pourquoi nous rejoindre ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Notre programme repose sur <strong>l\u2019\u00e9coute, la bienveillance et l\u2019engagement<\/strong>. Voici ce qu\u2019il faut pour devenir mentor :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2705 <strong>Disponibilit\u00e9<\/strong> : Pr\u00e9voir du temps pour rencontrer son mentor\u00e9 <strong>une fois par mois<\/strong> pendant 1 an.<br>\u2705 <strong>Engagement<\/strong> : Faire preuve d\u2019<strong>\u00e9coute et de bienveillance<\/strong>, et adh\u00e9rer \u00e0 notre <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>charte du mentorat<\/strong><\/a>.<br>\u2705 <strong>Profil<\/strong> : \u00catre soit un <strong>alli\u00e9 de la cause<\/strong>, soit une <strong>personne en situation de handicap<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udca1 <strong>Pas besoin d\u2019\u00eatre expert<\/strong> : Nous proposons une <strong>formation<\/strong> pour vous pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 ce r\u00f4le.
